This video shows how your residents can read your minutes and agendas in just two or three clicks:
The Minutes and Agendas are typically saved and uploaded as PDF files onto your municipal website. We have a specific page where both Agendas and Minutes are stored.
These documents are grouped by Category. Some examples of categories would be “Town Board”, “Plan Commission”, “Finance Committee”, etc.
Within each category, the files are sorted by date in reverse chronological order. This means that the newest and more recent information will be at the top of each category.
Each date has columns, such as one column for Agendas and another for Minutes. Additionally, there can be Agenda Packets and Audio files uploaded for each meeting.
