Tech Support Hours
Our receptionists take calls from 7AM – 4PM Central Time Zone. In 2017, we started offering 24/7/365 email support.
Let us know about any name or contact changes
If you have different contact details from your predecessor, just let us know what has changed. It will be your name, but perhaps also the email address you use, your phone number and your mailing address. We will update our records to reflect the newest information.
Need Access To Your New Site?
Usually if you’re using the same email address as your predecessor, you would be able to go to your Login Dashboard at http://dashboard.townweb.com/#/ and click on the Forgot password? link. You would then get an email with your username and with a link to reset your login password to something else.
If you’re taking over somebody else’s responsibilities with your new website and have a different email address, we can grant you access with the new email address. Just send us an email at [email protected] and let us know who you’re taking over for. And let us know if you’d like us to shut off access for the original user, which is recommended.
Need your Email Password Changed?
If you have your email address(es) with us, just let us know if you would like your email password reset to something different. We can also help you configure Outlook or whatever email client you use so that your new password works in it.

Perhaps you would like to have training for using your new website. Just send us an email to [email protected] and let us know. We will send you access to our training PDFs and videos to help get you started.
