Let us know who your new Successor is
The first thing is to let us know who your successor is. Their name, their new email address (if different) and also what the new billing address should be. We will update our internal records.
We can also send them access to the files and training videos they can watch to get up to speed on how to make website updates.
Changing Administrative Access to your Website
We can grant access to your successor by giving them a new separate username to log in, or they can use the same login that you’re currently using. It is up to you.
In any case, we recommend that the new person has a new password generated for them. We can do this for them on your behalf. Just send us a support ticket or open up a chat with support while at your dashboard screen at http://dashboard.townweb.com/#/
Changing Email Access
If you have your email addresses with us, just let us know so we can schedule to have the password reset for the new person and help make the small changes needed in their Outlook (or other email client).
